9. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Return, Refund and Booking Cancellation Policy.

Golf Lab offers eligible stock products a 30-day return period. Your statutory right to cancel most online purchases by notifying us within 14 days of delivery remains unaffected.

Exceptions apply to goods made, built, altered or clearly personalised to your specifications.

Goods purchased at our premises do not have an automatic change-of-mind return right. Your statutory rights still apply where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

10. FITTINGS, REPAIRS AND OTHER SERVICES

Golf fitting appointments cost £60 and must be paid in full when booked. A booking is confirmed when payment has been accepted and we issue a booking confirmation.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled or refunded in full.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, and missed appointments, are normally non-refundable because the appointment time has been reserved and might not be filled. Golf Lab may allow a reschedule at its discretion.

If Golf Lab cancels an appointment, you may choose a replacement appointment or receive a full refund.

The £60 fitting fee will be refunded when you purchase equipment worth more than £300 following a completed fitting. The refund applies once per fitting. If the qualifying equipment order is subsequently cancelled or refunded, Golf Lab may deduct the fitting fee from the equipment refund.

Fitting recommendations are based on the customer’s performance, swing and measurements during the session. They do not guarantee any particular score, handicap improvement or on-course result.

Before beginning repair or alteration work, we may contact you if additional work or cost becomes necessary. We will not undertake material additional work without your agreement.

Reasonable care will be taken with all equipment. Older, previously damaged or heavily used equipment may carry an increased risk during repair or adjustment. We will explain any significant identifiable risk before proceeding.

Nothing in this section removes our obligation to provide services with reasonable care and skill.

11. FINANCE

Finance may be available on qualifying purchases over £500, subject to status, lender approval and separate finance terms. Applicants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.

UK GOLF LAB LIMITED, trading as Golf Lab, acts as a credit broker and not a lender.

Credit is provided by Novuna Personal Finance, a trading style of Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Any finance agreement is a separate contract between you and the lender. Available rates, deposits, repayment periods and eligibility requirements will be shown before you apply.
