(Novuna Consumer Finance)

Finance is provided by Novuna Consumer Finance, a trading style of Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Golf Lab acts as a credit broker, not a lender, and introduces customers to Novuna Consumer Finance.

To apply for finance, customers must:

• Be aged 18 years or over 
• Be a UK resident 
• Have a UK bank account capable of Direct Debit 
• Provide valid ID and address details when requested 
• Meet Novuna’s credit assessment criteria 

Finance is subject to status and affordability checks.

Golf Lab may offer:

• 0% interest finance (promotional) 
• Interest-bearing finance options 

Available terms and deposit requirements will be clearly shown at the point of sale.

Minimum spend typically applies (e.g. £500+), subject to change.

• Applications are completed online or in-store 
• Approval decisions are made by Novuna Consumer Finance 
• Golf Lab has no influence over acceptance decisions 

If declined, alternative payment methods must be used.

• Monthly repayments are collected by Direct Debit 
• First payment date will be confirmed in the finance agreement 
• Customers must ensure sufficient funds are available 

Failure to make payments may:

• Affect your credit rating 
• Result in additional charges from the finance provider 

All goods supplied under a finance agreement:

• Remain the property of the finance provider until fully paid 
• Cannot be sold, transferred, or disposed of until the agreement is settled 

Golf Lab’s standard returns policy applies with the following conditions:

• Custom-fit or built-to-spec equipment is non-refundable 
• If a financed item is returned and accepted: 
  • Refunds will be processed back to the finance agreement 
  • The agreement will be adjusted or cancelled accordingly 

Customers remain liable for payments until Novuna confirms changes.

Customers may:

• Settle their finance agreement early at any time 
• Request a settlement figure directly from Novuna Consumer Finance 

Customers have the right to:

• Withdraw from the finance agreement within 14 days of signing 

This does not automatically cancel the purchase contract with Golf Lab.
Goods must still be paid for via an alternative method if finance is withdrawn.

Customer data is:

• Processed in accordance with UK GDPR 
• Shared securely with Novuna Consumer Finance for credit assessment 

Finance-related complaints should be directed to:

• Novuna Consumer Finance 

Retail or product-related complaints should be directed to:

• Golf Lab directly 

• Finance is subject to status 
• Terms and conditions apply 
• Written quotations are available upon request 

Golf Lab reserves the right to:

• Withdraw finance offers at any time 
• Amend available finance options without notice
